Delivery is free for all NHS prescriptions.
If you order a private prescription, a delivery charge may apply.

Returns

Sometimes you may have medicines you no longer need. This may happen if:

• your treatment changes, or
• you use less medicine than expected, or
• you simply do not need the item anymore.

Under NHS rules, you must not visit our pharmacy in person to return medicines.
Instead, please contact us by phone or email. We will then discuss the safest way for you to dispose of unwanted medications.
