Delivery and Returns Information
Delivery
Delivery is free for all NHS Prescriptions. if you are ordering a Private Prescription you will need to pay for delivery.
Returns
From time to time you may end up with unwanted medicines. This might be because your medication has changed or you have not used as much of the medicine as was expected, or any other reason.
Under the NHS rules, you are not permitted to access our pharmacy in person to return these medicines and instead, you must contact us by phone or email and we will discuss with you the best process for returning your medicines to us. We may need to send you special packaging to use for returning your medicines and there are some things that we are not permitted to accept due to health and safety rules.
Please note: You can return unwanted medicines to any pharmacy and not just the pharmacy that you received them from.
