Your journey in four steps
We have designed our process to be straightforward, private, and clinically safe. Here is how it works from start to finish.
- Step 1 — Choose your treatment area. Browse our conditions and select the area relevant to you. All information is condition-led — you will not see specific medicine names or prices until you are inside your personal consultation.
- Step 2 — Complete your confidential consultation. Answer a short set of health questions guided by Elena, our online assistant. Your answers are encrypted and stored securely in the UK. They are never shared or sold.
- Step 3 — Prescriber review. A UK-registered prescriber reads your consultation personally. They will approve a suitable treatment, request more information, or advise that this service is not the right fit for your needs. The final prescribing decision always rests with the clinician.
- Step 4 — Discreet delivery or in-store collection. Once approved, your medicine is dispensed from our GPhC-registered Stratford pharmacy and dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging — or held ready for you to collect in store.
What happens if we cannot treat you?
Patient safety comes before everything else. If the prescriber determines that a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you — whether because of your answers, your medical history, or another clinical reason — we will let you know clearly and promptly.
Where relevant, we will suggest you speak to your GP, contact NHS 111, or visit us in store. If you have paid and a clinical decline is issued, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
- Full refund issued automatically on clinical decline
- You will always receive a clear explanation
- We may direct you to your GP or to NHS 111 if appropriate
- For emergencies, always call 999
