If something goes wrong with your delivery

If your order does not arrive, arrives damaged, or if there is any other issue with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.

Is delivery free?
Delivery is free for all NHS prescriptions. Private prescription orders include free standard delivery — a small Royal Mail charge may apply to certain temperature-controlled or tracked treatments, and any charge is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
Will anyone be able to tell what is in my parcel?
No. All orders are sent in plain, unmarked outer packaging. There is no indication of the contents, the pharmacy name, or the medicine on the outside of the parcel.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
This depends on the delivery service selected. Tracked deliveries may require a signature. If you are not available, the courier will leave a card with redelivery or collection instructions. Do not leave prescription medicines in an unsecured location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times depend on the prescriber review timing and the delivery option chosen. Next-day delivery is available for orders approved and dispatched before the relevant cut-off time. Standard delivery typically arrives within two to three working days.
Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
Please contact us immediately at info@newgenpharmacy.co.uk or call 020 4599 5647 if you need to change your delivery address. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
