NewGen Pharmacy is a bricks-and-mortar NHS community pharmacy in Stratford, London, and this online clinic is run by the same registered team. That means real clinical oversight: your consultation is reviewed by a UK prescriber, your medicine is dispensed by a GPhC-registered pharmacy, and there is a real counter — and real people — behind every order.

What we can help with

Our general health clinic covers twelve everyday conditions. For breathing and allergies, we support people with diagnosed asthma and seasonal hay fever. For digestion, we treat persistent acid reflux and the cramps and bloating of irritable bowel syndrome.

For pain and rest, there is targeted help for migraine attacks and short-term support for insomnia. For comfort and confidence, we treat haemorrhoids and bladder-control problems. For the changes that transform long-term health, our clinicians support two structured programmes: weight management and stopping smoking with prescription support.

How online treatment works for these conditions

Each treatment page starts with a short, confidential questionnaire about your health, your symptoms and anything else you take. A UK prescriber reads your answers — not an algorithm — and only approves treatment that is safe and clinically appropriate for you. Specific medicines and doses are discussed at that stage, once suitability is confirmed, rather than advertised up front.

If you are approved, your treatment is dispensed by our pharmacy and delivered in plain, unbranded packaging — or you can collect it from 245 High Street, Stratford. If we cannot treat you safely online, we will say so plainly and point you to the right care instead.

When to see your GP or call 111

An online pharmacy is the right tool for recognised, recurring or clearly defined conditions — it is not the right place for new, unexplained or worsening symptoms. If something has changed and you do not know why, see your GP first so it can be properly assessed.
