How Often Are Treatments done

  • Both semaglutide and tirzepatide are taken once per week, at the same time each week.
  • Treatments are subcutaneous (under the skin), typically in the stomach, thigh, or upper arm.

Dosing Schedule & Titration

To ensure safety and reduce side effects, treatment starts with a low dose and gradually increases:

  • Initial Dose: Low starter dose to help your body adjust
  • Titration Phase: Gradual increases every 4 weeks
  • Maintenance Phase: Stable dose for ongoing appetite control and weight loss
