How Our Repeat Prescription Delivery Works

Register with NewGen Pharmacy

Sign up by providing your personal and medical details, along with payment information (if you pay for prescriptions). This ensures seamless processing and timely dispatch.

We Liaise with Your GP

Once registered, our pharmacy team contacts your GP surgery to request and receive your repeat prescription on your behalf.

Dispensing & Free Delivery

As soon as we receive your prescription, our pharmacists will safely dispense your medication. You’ll receive a confirmation once your order is processed. If applicable, payment is only taken once your medication is dispatched.

Cost?

Our prescription delivery service is completely free—there are no administration fees, handling charges, or delivery costs. If you pay for your prescriptions, the standard NHS charge applies per item, as usual. For exempt patients, there’s no cost for the medication.
