NewGen Pharmacy has served the Stratford community for years as a full NHS dispensing pharmacy. We dispense NHS prescriptions, provide NHS-funded health services, and offer face-to-face consultations at our premises at 245 High Street, Stratford, London E15 2LS.

Alongside our in-store service, we operate a regulated online clinic that allows patients across England to access clinician-reviewed treatments from the comfort of their own home — with the same clinical rigour and regulatory oversight as our physical pharmacy.

Our clinical team and governance

Our Superintendent Pharmacist, Nadia Zolfaghary (GPhC No. 2081303), is responsible for the professional and regulatory standards of every service we provide — in store and online. Every online consultation is reviewed by a qualified prescriber before any treatment is approved.

Our online clinic is founded by Dr Naeem Aslam (GMC No. 6121335), a Medical Doctor and Weight Loss Specialist, whose clinical expertise shapes the treatment pathways we offer.

How we keep you safe

Patient safety is our first priority. Every online consultation is reviewed by a qualified prescriber — our online assistant, Elena, guides you through the process, but all clinical decisions are made by a human clinician. If a prescriber decides a treatment is not suitable for you, we will always explain why and suggest appropriate next steps.
