Private online consultations, clinician-reviewed and discreetly delivered

Our online clinic makes it easy to access regulated treatments — with a genuine prescriber reviewing every request before anything is dispensed.

Your journey in four steps

We have designed our process to be straightforward, private, and clinically safe. Here is how it works from start to finish.

  • Step 1 — Choose your treatment area. Browse our conditions and select the area relevant to you. All information is condition-led — you will not see specific medicine names or prices until you are inside your personal consultation.
  • Step 2 — Complete your confidential consultation. Answer a short set of health questions guided by Elena, our online assistant. Your answers are encrypted and stored securely in the UK. They are never shared or sold.
  • Step 3 — Prescriber review. A UK-registered prescriber reads your consultation personally. They will approve a suitable treatment, request more information, or advise that this service is not the right fit for your needs. The final prescribing decision always rests with the clinician.
  • Step 4 — Discreet delivery or in-store collection. Once approved, your medicine is dispensed from our GPhC-registered Stratford pharmacy and dispatched in plain, unmarked packaging — or held ready for you to collect in store.

What happens if we cannot treat you?

Patient safety comes before everything else. If the prescriber determines that a treatment is not clinically appropriate for you — whether because of your answers, your medical history, or another clinical reason — we will let you know clearly and promptly.

Where relevant, we will suggest you speak to your GP, contact NHS 111, or visit us in store. If you have paid and a clinical decline is issued, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Full refund issued automatically on clinical decline
  • You will always receive a clear explanation
  • We may direct you to your GP or to NHS 111 if appropriate
  • For emergencies, always call 999

Your privacy throughout

We take data protection seriously. Your consultation answers are classified as special-category health data under UK GDPR, and we handle them accordingly.

  • All health data encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Stored on UK-based servers only
  • Accessible only to the clinical team involved in your care
  • Never sold or shared with third parties
  • Regulated by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO)

Questions, answered

Do I need to see a GP before using the service?
No. Our online clinic includes its own prescriber-reviewed consultation. You do not need a GP referral. However, for certain conditions or medical histories, our prescriber may recommend you speak to your GP as the most appropriate next step.
How long does the prescriber review take?
In most cases, consultations are reviewed promptly during working hours. We will notify you by email once a decision has been made. If we need more information, we will contact you directly.
Is my consultation confidential?
Yes. Your answers are treated as confidential health information and are accessible only to the clinical team involved in your care. We never sell or share your data with third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Can I collect my medicine in store instead of having it delivered?
Yes. Click and collect is available at our Stratford pharmacy at 245 High Street, London E15 2LS. Simply select collection at checkout and we will notify you when your prescription is ready.
What if I have questions during my consultation?
Elena, our online assistant, is available to help you navigate the process. For clinical questions or concerns, you can also contact us by phone on 020 4599 5647 or by email at info@newgenpharmacy.co.uk.
