NewGen Pharmacy is an NHS-registered community pharmacy offering NHS-funded services.
Under the NHS Pharmacy First scheme, you can speak to a pharmacist about a range of common conditions — without an appointment, and without seeing your GP first. Where clinically appropriate, our pharmacist can supply certain treatments under NHS arrangements. The NHS Pharmacy First conditions we can assess are:
Eligibility and clinical suitability are always assessed by the pharmacist. Treatment is only provided where appropriate; otherwise we will refer you to your GP or NHS 111. Ear infections (otitis) are not covered by Pharmacy First.

Our online clinic is a separate private service
Our online clinic — where you can consult with a prescriber and receive a private prescription treatment — is entirely separate from our NHS pharmacy services. The online clinic is a private, fee-paying service and is not available on the NHS.
